In just 12 years, average testosterone in young American men fell by 30%.
Research shows testosterone in American men has been falling for decades.
And it isn't just age. Men in their 20s and 30s today have far less testosterone than their fathers' generation had at the same age, even after accounting for weight and lifestyle factors.1
Chronic stress. Poor sleep. Ultra-processed food. Long days at a desk. Modern life takes its toll on your hormones, and when they're off, you feel it: less energy, less drive, more brain fog. Most men just put it down to getting older.
It doesn't have to be that way. Flint helps your body make more of its own testosterone, with a plan built around you.
Average total testosterone, ng/dL

What low testosterone actually feels like
It creeps in slowly, so most men put it down to age, stress or bad sleep. If your energy, mood or drive have been slipping, your levels may be part of the story.

Why Flint isn’t TRT
The usual fix comes with a catch
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) adds testosterone from outside your body. Your brain reads the higher level, decides its own supply isn’t needed, and tells your testes to stand down. That’s how it works, and it’s why coming off TRT is hard and why it can lower sperm count.
Enclomiphene works upstream. It blocks estrogen’s brake on the brain, so the brain sends a stronger signal and your testes make more of their own testosterone.
TRT is FDA-approved. Enclomiphene is not.

The Flint protocol
Two daily tablets. One plan.
Enclomiphene does the work on testosterone. Low-dose tadalafil increases blood flow when you’re aroused. Low daily dose, no timing. Both come in one plan, one box and one monthly price, if your clinician decides they’re right for you.

Change comes in a familiar order: energy first, then drive, then the body. Here’s where three members started, and where they got to.

“By week six I’d dropped the 3 p.m. coffee and was back lifting before work. I didn’t realise how flat I’d been.”

Month 7
“I wanted to stay off injections and keep things simple. Two tablets, a blood test, and my weekends are mine again.”

Flint vs the alternatives
Not TRT. Not a supplement.
TRT swaps your own testosterone for a substitute. Supplements promise a lot and prove little. Flint helps your body do the job itself, with low-dose tadalafil in the same plan.

FAQ
Questions, answered

Enclomiphene citrate is an oral prescription medicine. It blocks estrogen’s feedback on the hypothalamus and pituitary, which raises LH and FSH, the hormones that tell your testes to make testosterone. It helps your body make more of its own, rather than replacing it.
How is Flint different from TRT?
TRT adds testosterone from outside the body. That can raise your levels, but your body reads the higher level and dials down its own production, which can lower sperm count and makes stopping hard.
Enclomiphene works upstream, so your own production keeps going. If your clinician prescribes it, your plan can also include low-dose daily tadalafil for ED.
Why is tadalafil in my plan?
Tadalafil treats erectile dysfunction: it increases blood flow when you’re aroused. At a low daily dose (5 mg) it keeps steady levels, so there’s nothing to time. It’s only in your plan if your clinician prescribes it.
Tadalafil is approved for erectile dysfunction and for symptoms of an enlarged prostate. If it isn’t right or safe for you, your clinician can prescribe enclomiphene on its own.
Is tadalafil a longevity drug?
Tadalafil is not approved to prevent heart disease or extend life. Here is what research has found so far.
In insurance-claims records, 8,156 men taking tadalafil had a 55% lower rate of cardiovascular death and a 44% lower rate of death overall than 21,012 matched men who weren’t.6 A separate analysis of more than 500,000 patients linked tadalafil with a 32% lower risk of dementia.5
These are observational studies. They show a link, not proof that tadalafil caused the difference, and randomized trials are still needed. Flint prescribes tadalafil only for ED, and only if your clinician decides it’s right for you.
Will Flint affect my fertility?
Enclomiphene is designed to keep your own production going. In clinical studies, sperm counts stayed in the normal range on enclomiphene, while they fell on testosterone gel. If you’re planning children, tell your clinician so they can plan around it.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Tadalafil can work within hours of a dose, and daily use reaches steady levels within the first week. Testosterone typically rises over the first few weeks; in one study, mean levels more than doubled by week 6. Energy, mood and drive often follow over 2–3 months. Everyone is different, and individual results vary.
Do I need a blood test?
Yes. Every plan starts with one, so your clinician can see your testosterone and other markers before prescribing anything. We send an at-home kit, or you can use a local lab or upload recent results. A follow-up test at about 6 weeks checks how you’re responding.
What are the side effects?
Enclomiphene can cause headache, hot flashes, nausea and mood changes and, rarely, vision changes or blood clots. Tadalafil can cause headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing and a stuffy nose. Your clinician monitors you throughout. See the Important Safety Information below.
Is enclomiphene FDA-approved?
No. Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved. Flint’s medicines are prepared by licensed US compounding pharmacies under a clinician’s prescription. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Can I take it with other medications?
Never take tadalafil with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat. Together they can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your clinician about everything you take, including alpha-blockers, other blood pressure medicines and supplements.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $99 a month on a 12-month plan, with your clinician, both medicines, blood tests and shipping included. You can cancel any time.
Important safety information
Enclomiphene
Enclomiphene citrate is not FDA-approved. It is prepared by a licensed US compounding pharmacy under a prescription from a licensed clinician. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Do not take enclomiphene if you have liver disease, an uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal condition, a pituitary tumor or other brain lesion, or a history of blood clots.
Possible side effects include headache, hot flashes, nausea, dizziness, mood changes and breast tenderness. Rarely, enclomiphene can cause blurred vision or other visual changes (stop taking it and contact your clinician), a raised red blood cell count, or blood clots. Your clinician will monitor your blood work.
Tadalafil
Do not take tadalafil if you take nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, or “poppers”) or riociguat, or if you are allergic to tadalafil. Together they can cause a sudden, dangerous drop in blood pressure. Tell your clinician if you have heart problems, as sexual activity may not be safe for you. Use caution with alpha-blockers and other blood pressure medicines, and limit alcohol.
Common side effects: headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and a stuffy or runny nose.
